We’re glad to announce that we've achieved one small step in our blueprint of launching new models of our Battery Welding Machine -- HT-SW02 Series. Based on positive feedback from customers, our technicians spent months of independent research and technological innovation development on previous spot welding models, and now more powerful versions are now officially online!
Compared with previous models, HT-SW02 Series have max peak pulse power of 42KW, with peak output current 7000A. Specially designed for welding copper, aluminum and nickel conversion sheet, SW02 series support thicker copper, pure nickel, nickel-aluminum and other metals welded easily and firmly (support nickel plated copper sheet and pure nickel direct welding to the battery copper electrodes, pure copper sheet direct welding to the battery copper electrodes with flux).
Breakthrough:
- High power output without tripping: 42KW high-power output up to 7000A high current;
- Patent reflow technology: low resistance and low loss, unobstructed high current flow;
- Super Energy-Gathered Technology: millisecond level solder nuggets, no damage to the battery;
- Dual welding mode: AT Mode - Automatic Welding Mode; MT Mode - Foot Pedal Switch Controlling Mode.
HT-SW02H is also capable of resistance measurement. It can measure the resistance between the connecting piece and the electrode of the battery after spot welding. The more solder joints, the lower the on-resistance. The more reliable and solid the solder joints, and the more stable the performance of the battery pack.
