    The battery equalizer is used to maintain the charge and discharge balance between the batteries in series or parallel. During the working process of batteries, due to the difference in chemical composition and temperature of the battery cells, the charge and discharge of every two batteries will be different. Even when the cells are idle, there will be an imbalance between cells in series due to varying degrees of self-discharge. Due to the difference during the charging process, one battery will be overcharged or over-discharged while the other battery is not fully charged or discharged. As the charging and discharging process is repeated, this difference will gradually increase, eventually causing the battery to fail prematurely.

    This active equalizer is a transformer push-pull rectification feedback type. The equalizing current is not a fixed size, the range is 0-10A. During the equalization process, all cells are balanced synchronously, regardless of whether the cells with differential voltage are adjacent or not.     The basic principle of the active equalization technology is to use the ultra-pole capacitor as a temporary energy storage medium, charge the battery with the highest voltage to the ultra-pole capacitor, and then release the energy from the ultra-pole capacitor to the battery with the lowest voltage. The cross-flow DC-DC technology ensures that the current is constant regardless of whether the battery is charged or discharged. This product can achieve min. 1mV precision while working. It takes only two energy transfer processes to complete the equalization of the battery voltage, and the equalization efficiency is not affected by the distance between the batteries, which greatly improves the equalization efficiency.
