Specially designed for welding copper, aluminum and nickel conversion sheet, SW02 series support thicker copper, pure nickel, nickel-aluminum and other metals welded easily and firmly (support nickel plated copper sheet and pure nickel direct welding to the battery copper electrodes, pure copper sheet direct welding to the battery copper electrodes with flux).
HT-SW02H is also capable of resistance measurement. It can measure the resistance between the connecting piece and the electrode of the battery after spot welding.

HT-SW33A Series have max peak pulse power of 42KW, with peak output current 7000A. Specially designed for welding between iron nickel materials and stainless steel materials, suitable for but not limited to the welding of ternary batteries with iron nickel and pure nickel materials. The pneumatic spot welding head is designed with buffering technology. It is convenient to adjust the pressure of the two welding needles and the speed of resetting and pressing downward the pneumatic welding heads separately. The gantry frame is made of 304 stainless steel. lt is hard, steady, and durable. The welder can be moved left or right, and its height can be adjusted to suit welding different types of lithium battery packs.
